As I see it, we can talk about at least 2 organisations: the trainers organisation and the hosts organisation.
The host, being responsible of location, rooms, food and drinks, maybe also materials, needed technology, cleaning, maybe transport etc – he or she may want to point out their own organisation with different helpers.

Needed skills:

1) being a friendly host – taking care of the whole group
2) the lead course trainer (certified), knows a lot about the topic, can think of possible needed changes, contact the other trainers and propose a program. Contact municipality person
3) social skills
4) Inner Transition experience
5) Funding experience
6) promotion

I have experience with all of them, but especially 2, 5 and 6.
We expect that everybody have basic social skills.
